Eric Wallace (Left Hand Brewing Co.) once pointed out that vintners gets too much attention for blending to create unique and complex fermented expressions. Wine is not exclusive in its experiments, as Pat, you've shown us again. Not only have the Bruery and Dogfish Head stretched the mold once more, but you're dinging a bell to call all wine enthusiasts to see what's going on on the maltier side of fermentation.
