3 French Hens is a Belgian dark strong ale, partially aged in French oak barrels...duh!
We think it's delicious, but we'll let you be the judge.

When will Autumn Maple be available? If it is already out, do you know which stores in OC have it in stock?
erik. you can grab some at The Bruery Provisions or at The Bruery Tasting Room. It's flying off the shelves at most places, been out for a couple of months already.
