Fruit Delivery

We just got in an awesome delivery of various fruit to add to a few of our sour beers that are slowly aging away. Raisins, cranberries, tart cherries, grapes, kiwis, raspberries, dates and a whole slew of goodness. We just need to stop snacking on it all before we can get it into the beers.

Where do you guys get your sour cherries from? I've been looking to buy some for a couple homebrew sours, but they're hard to come by.

Try this place. Some of the best Michigan tart cherries you can get. http://www.cherryrepublic.com/category/Dried-Cherries

MMMM. Looks tasty. I'm curious about fruits. Another brewer I follow is creating a Farm Fresh series and it is a ton of fruit. I'm still not 100% sure how you add this stuff. Sanitation is my primary concern.

What are your plans?
