New Season, new beers.

I know we're all sad to see that summer is coming to an end, but there is an upside to the changing of seasons - it means new beer.

Starting today at the Tasting Room, we'll be releasing Autumn Maple, our fall seasonal, which is a delicious brown ale brewed with yams, maple syrup, and "pumpkin pie" like spices.  Now that's a good reason to look forward to fall!

We'll also have Snicklefritz on draft today, which is a citrusy, spiced, oaked Golden Strong Ale originally developed and homebrewed by Kyle Manns.  Kyle's beer will be our Great American Beer Festival ProAm entry this year.  Thanks Kyle!

So as you can see, there are plenty of reasons to welcome the new season, so come out to the Tasting Room and beat the end of the summer blues!

Fundraising, food, and new beer today at the Tasting Room!

Today at the Tasting Room we'll be hosting a fundraiser to fight MS! 50% of draft sales will be donated to this great cause, and we'll even be grilling up some brats for the occasion. The event will run all day (4-10pm) however food is limited. There is no cost for admission, your contribution is having a few beers! Donations will also be accepted.

If you need one more reason to come down, we'll also be releasing Sour in the Rye today for the first time! This American Wile Rye Ale was brewed with a substantial portion of rye malt, and the spicy character of the grain asserts itself with clove and pepper in the aroma and flavor. Add in sour cherry notes from our special blend of micro-organisms and vanilla from the red wine barrels and you've got a mouthful!

See you there!
